As a Spiritual Life, Therapeutic Art-Life, and Neuroscience Coach, as well as an EFT Master Practitioner, my mission is to help you move beyond just "getting by." I’m here to guide you toward a life that feels truly grounded, embodied, and empowered. By bridging the gap between spiritual wisdom and modern brain science and the use of therapeutic art practices and mindfulness activities. I offer you a "whole-soul, whole-brain, whole-you" approach to personal growth and empowerment.

I’ve spent over five years deeply studying various mindfulness practices and coaching modalities, but my fascination with mental strength and resilience is lifelong. I translate complex concepts into simple, actionable steps that help you regulate your nervous system, quiet your mental noise, rewire your brain and reclaim your personal power. 

I strongly believe that we can’t rise to our hopes and dreams unless we have systems in place in our lives that give us strong foundations. 

The primary aim of my recordings, mindfulness resources and course material is to provide you with really valuable tools, so you can make the shift that you desire. 

Mindfulness isn’t just one thing; it's a way of living and being. Old habits can be changed, and new habits can be adopted and built. Goals can be achieved no matter how big. Positive self talk can be mastered. Self love and acceptance can be cultivated. And although there is no silver bullet to do any of this instantly, there are methods that can help you do just that. 

Consistent small action steps are key, and I am your coach through the art of small steps.
